Ruth is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on complex insurance coverage counseling and litigation as well as insurance defense litigation. She┬áis AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. In the insurance coverage practice area, she has represented and advised insurers on complex first and third-party coverage matters in both state and federal courts, including matters involving Commercial Property, Condominium Property, Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile, Motor Truck Cargo, Marine Cargo, Truckers’ Liability, E&O, Personal Automobile and Homeowners insurance policies. She has also represented and advised insurers on defense of bad faith and unfair claims practices allegations. She has additionally defended both individuals and companies in liability actions.
