Tony’s litigation practice involves defending a wide range of individuals, insurance carriers, and businesses in resolving third party insurance disputes and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. He began his career as an Assistant County Attorney where he gained valuable experience defending one of Florida’s largest governmental entities in various litigation matters involving personal injury, premises liability, and other general liability claims. Tony has successfully tried cases to verdict and continues to attain favorable outcomes for his clients in and out of the courtroom.
During law school, Tony was a judicial intern to the Honorable Marcia G. Cooke for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, served as an Articles and Comments Editor on the FIU Law Review, and received the “Best Brief” award in an annual Moot Court competition. He practiced in South Florida since graduating law school until returning to Tampa, Florida, where he was born and raised.
